My Approach to Helping
I believe everyone is fighting their own battles, and we're all just trying to make it in this world. I endeavor to empower others to overcome their struggles, become who they truly wish to be, and live a deeply fulfilling life. All people can heal, change, and grow. I recognize that asking for help takes a great deal of courage, and it is a true honor to come alongside you on your journey. Luke is an honest and compassionate companion for those seeking help. Luke entered the behavioral health field with a mission to alleviate unnecessary suffering. His diverse experiences have led him to work with various populations, including counseling adolescents in the local community, supporting young men with felonies in the workforce, helping people who were formerly homeless stabilize and recover, and living in-house with youth who aged out of the foster care system to assist them in their transition into adulthood. I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and discover your inner strengths. I will strive to provide a supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and thrive. Luke Hollingshead holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University.
