My approach to psychotherapy is like that of a GPS. I am here to help chart the current Map of your Life, to help understand where you are at presently. My intention is to remind you that you are in the Driver's seat of your life, and I am the guide to help you navigate through the varying circumstances that life offers.
I will be here to provide guidance and clarity, for you to pursue this journey with yourself safely.
