I offer affordable counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
I specialize in providing support to children, teens, young adults, men and women experiencing life adjustment or relationship issues. I also specialize in working with grief, anxiety, depression, women's issues, men's issues, and parenting issues.
I feel that children, teens, and adults can overcome hardships, obstacles, and times of crisis when they are shown compassion, understanding and encouragement during tough times. I believe that by helping clients build skills, and giving them hope, clients can see their full potential, develop healthier self-images and relationships with others.
