Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Adoption issues are a specific interest because of my extensive research. I enjoy working with people whose thoughts are creating depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. Working with children and helping translate the way they think to the adults in their lives is important to the well being of the family. Families are important and create the foundation for the mental health of society.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy allows people to be more aware of who they are and how much they have to offer. Psychotherapy creates an environment for people to feel safe and express themselves with freedom to allow unspoken issues to surface. When unspoken issues surface the work can begin to constructively change, reduce anxiety, and live more peacefully.
