My Approach to Helping
No two clients or their issues are alike. Neither are the two therapy sessions in my space. Utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, and a dose of laughter when we can, I've navigated 28 years of therapy with my clients. My style is relational, my goal is your self-awareness, and we will both work hard to help you realize faulty thinking and develop a strategy to overcome it.
