My Approach to Helping
Everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with a nonjudgemental and empathic ear. As a therapist, I find that we spend a lot of our lives in our own heads; focused on what has happened or what isn't happening. If you feel that you are struggling with silencing the negative thoughts, feeling alone or unable to move forward in your life, I can work with you to work get pass the mental blocks, fears, rejections and past traumas. My style is collaborative and goal oriented as I strive to help my clients achieve greater self-awareness and overall happiness. Working together, I am optimistic that we can make changes that allow you to live a fulfilled and happier life that you imagine.
