What's My Approach to Therapy?

It takes courage to slow down and look inward- especially when life has taught you to keep going, no matter how heavy things feel. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed in relationships, carrying the weight of a painful past, or stuck in patterns you can't name, therapy can be a space for clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can be fully yourself- no pressure, no judgment. Together we will gently work through emotional patterns keeping you from feeling connected, grounded or fulfilled.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in working with thoughtful, high-functioning adolescents and adults who are ready for more than just coping- those navigating difficult life transitions, complex relationships, childhood emotional neglect, or trauma.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I'm EMDR trained, which can help process painful memories and shift long-standing beliefs that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is about healing, not fixing- and I'm here to walk with you through it.

I offer virtual therapy to clients in PSYPACT states across the US.
