My Approach to Helping

All life changes both positive and negative can throw you into grief, a state of disequilibrium, by taking away what was once familiar and leaving you drowning in uncertainty. Our collaborative work will give you important tools needed to create the changes you want to see and will give you a sense of confidence that you can survive life’s most challenging times. I am trained in several different therapeutic approaches, treat a variety of conditions, and I adjust my therapy process to fit each person’s unique needs and backgrounds.
