What's My Approach to Therapy?
I work with adults who want to improve their self-esteem. Do you experience anxiety, depression, or interpersonal difficulties? Do you have an anxious or avoidant attachment style? If you struggle with making decisions, if you're not sure how to navigate relationships, or if you sometimes just feel "stuck," therapy can be beneficial. Early trauma and attachment injuries can cause ruptures to one's sense of self, but a safe therapeutic relationship can help create a corrective relational experience that will positively impact your relationship with yourself and others.
I use a combination of client-focused relational therapies, along with somatic healing and Brainspotting for deeper levels of processing. I offer a safe therapeutic environment for you to explore your feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal patterns. I'll provide you with tools to help you create meaningful change in alignment with your values.
