My Approach to Helping

You hold it all together...until you can’t. Maybe you feel stuck in spirals of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or shame. Maybe obsessive compulsion (OCD) loops or intrusive thoughts have hijacked your mind. Or maybe you’ve hit a point where your body is saying “enough” - with overwhelm, shutdown, or a sense of disconnection you can’t quite name. You’re not broken. Your distress makes sense. Healing is possible. I work with adults navigating complex trauma and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, OCD, depression, and life transitions - especially when old wounds are impacting your present-day relationships, work, or sense of self.

My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic experiencing to gently explore the deeper roots of your symptoms while building tools for regulation and resilience. For clients with OCD, I offer trauma-informed treatment using inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). My goal is to help you get unstuck and feel safer and more connected - to yourself and to others.
If you’re tired of just coping and ready to experience more joy, fulfillment, and freedom, I’d be honored to support you. I offer online sessions across Colorado and walk-and-talk therapy in Denver parks. Reach out for a free consult - let’s see if we’re a good fit.
