My Approach to Helping

I am a Board Certified Supervisor, EMDR trained licensed professional counselor who specializes in trauma related issues. Along with being a therapist I am also a brain health coach with Dr. Amen clinics. My assessments are included in the therapeutic process. I work primarily with women's issues surrounding abuse and trauma by infidelity and partner sex addiction. I also collaborate couple's intensive sessions when needed. Healing is possible and I provide a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment.

I provide help overcoming issues and barriers related to trauma and abuse.

My unique style and approach is client focused, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and empowering. I am passionate about seeing people heal and discovering their own internal treasure and making that deeper connection with self and God.

My role as a therapist is to provide a supportive and healing environment for the client. This environment fosters the nurturing of growth and personal discovery for the client.     I work with first responders, pastors, ministers, single individuals, and couples. I also work with those who have traumatic brain injuries and as a certified brain health coach offer coaching support and mentoring for individuals with neurodivergent issues.
