My Approach to Helping
Do you find yourself feeling frustrated repeating the same negative cycles? Or do you regularly engage in self-criticism, with thoughts like, “I'm not worthy"? There is a way to heal from the hurt, to gain clarity in your thoughts and feel the shift in your body. You're not alone in this journey; I'm here with you. With my years of experience in trauma therapy, I possess the skills to help you understand and soothe the traumatized nervous system. I have extensive training in EMDR, which is a very effective form of trauma therapy. I am also trained in EFT, an attachment-based form of couples therapy.
