My Approach to Helping
I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy along with a family systems approaches to best meet my clients’ needs. This means that I believe that the relationships we form, our family stories, our unconscious processes, and our life experiences inform how we see ourselves, others, and the world. While the intersections of internal and external realities are complicated and intertwined, I believe that healing can take place within the therapeutic setting by providing an attentive, accepting, and caring presence, so you feel secure. That work takes time but what lies ahead is a greater understanding of who you are and a feeling of being at home within yourself.”
