My Approach to Helping
It can be difficult to make the changes we want for ourselves, especially when faced with uncertainty and hardship. Kerri Childs believes in the innate capacity for healing and growth within each person and is passionate about providing a safe, caring and supportive environment. She uses a person centered approach to therapy which include, mindfulness, somatic psychology, and interpersonal neurobiology to address a client’s mind, body and spirit. Kerri guides individuals to deepen their self-awareness and reconnect with their authenticity.
