My Approach to Helping

Everybody has a story to tell, and I want to hear yours. I believe you are the expert of your experience and together we can navigate your life with more understanding and ease. Through curiosity and empathy, I aim to create a nonjudgmental environment where adults, children, and families can speak freely about and work through traumas, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, and gender identity issues. I tailor aspects of multiple different approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT to meet your individual needs. Together, we will formulate a plan on how to move forward.

I have a warm yet directive approach to helping clients understand their behavior, find their voice, and achieve their goals. My goal is to highlight your strengths, identify areas of change, and focus on how you can be kind to yourself throughout that process.

I am passionate about cultivating empowerment within my clients, and my hope is to help you on your path to healing while you begin to set down the things that no longer serve you. If you are in a place in your life where you are feeling stuck and want to evolve from past narratives, I encourage you to reach out for a complimentary consultation.
