My name is Marisa Nieves and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. We are faced with so many obstacles in life that we never expected. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate different stages in our life, we have challenges within our relationships, or we are being pulled in so many different directions, that we don't know where to start. This makes us feel like we don't have control, are overwhelmed, or inadequate.
