Over the course of our lives, we face many challenges and obstacles, from the pressures of school, engaging in our relationships, entering the job force, and parenthood, as well as facing other life changes. I am here to help you so you don't have to face these challenges alone. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and respectful setting so you can meet your goals and take your life back for YOU!
I have built my skills working with adolescents, young adults, and parents in anxiety and depression, as well as specializing in trauma and significant life transitions. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, art therapy tools, skills building, and family systems theory to build the best set of tools for your individual needs.
