My Approach to Helping

You became an entrepreneur to do what you love AND have the freedom to enjoy family time, but now it feels like it’s ALL TOO MUCH. I know as a high achieving mom you believe you really can just do it all and once you get through the next big busy day things will even out and you can catch your breath and sit down to be present with your family. Except those days never come because the lists just keep creeping in.

That feeling of getting up in the morning to just do it all over again, clean the house, run your business, support your kids’ emotions, and stuff yours down deep in the laundry pile and never ending emails...and even though you wish it wasn’t bothering you, it is.

As far as what others’ see, you’ve got it all together and are living a happy and fulfilled life. You’re accomplished, hardworking, reliable, and appear that you’re somehow rocking out the illusive work mom life balance.

But inside, you feel stuck, overwhelmed and like you’re just going through the motions. You never feel present in the moment and the overbearing voice in your head is quick to let you know you’ll never be good enough. You feel like you have spent most of your mom life trying to keep everything together ensuring you’re doing your best and giving everyone the support and quality time they deserve, but it’s exhausting. You're tired of giving so much to everyone else and your career while time for you is nonexistent.
