I want to help you achieve the life changes you’re looking for, and help you focus on putting your needs first. I want us to work together, so you can ease into the therapy process, and we can navigate the bumps along the way. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and big life adjustments (career changes, chronic illnesses, grief, relationships, and more).
I want us to find the root of how you feel, heal from the past, and learn skills to work through emotions. Our body responses to emotions and stress can be the other piece of the puzzle when we are healing. I’m a certified yoga instructor, and we can use yoga, mindfulness, deep breathing, and meditation to connect fully to our emotional experiences.
