My Approach to Helping

I am a compassionate therapist with over 15 years of experience helping teens and adults take their lives back from anxiety, social anxiety, depression and trauma. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing my clients go from being full of self-doubt to bravely taking life by the reins.
