Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I've been a psychotherapist for over 10 years after 3 years assisting in psychological research. My focus is on adult patients with trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, personality disorders andor emotional dysregulation. It is my mission to provide quality care with the respect and empathy everyone deserves! I utilize a variety of techniques in collaboration with the comfort of my patients which can include psychodynamic, humanistic, object relations, CBT, DBT, experiential andor psychoanalysis. You are in control of the process and which areas you feel comfortable focusing. My specialty is narcissistic abuse and the emotional abuse cycle.

The practice is seeing clients both in office and through HIPAA compliant video services at your preference. Social distancing andor masking is available at the client's discretion. All staff members are fully vaccinated.
