I work with individuals from all walks of life, including first responders, law enforcement officers, attorneys, educators, students, parents, caregivers, therapists, healthcare professionals, psychiatrists, and medical doctors. I also serve individuals and families across diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including Hispanic, Haitian, Canadian, French, and many other multicultural and multilingual communities. My work addresses a wide range of concerns, including trauma (adult, childhood, complex, developmental, spiritual, and religious trauma), anxiety, depression, panic, fear, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, shame, guilt, anger, and burnout. I also support clients navigating identity concerns, life transitions, relationship and attachment difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, codependency, low self-worth, and boundary issues. Additionally, I work with issues related to moral injury, workplace stress, caregiver fatigue, domestic violence recovery, interpersonal trauma, betrayal trauma, and experiences of oppression or systemic stress. I support individuals coping with addiction, compulsive behaviors, and recovery from unhealthy coping patterns. My approach also includes helping clients build emotional resilience, self-awareness, self-compassion, healthier communication patterns, and a stronger sense of meaning, purpose, and psychological-spiritual integration.
