My Approach to Helping
I provide in-person on online (zoom and phone) sessions.
I specialize in working with professional women who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, low-self esteem, imposter syndrome, codependency, and life transitions, such as divorce, starting a business, and so on. My aim is to create a safe place for you to explore issues, gain insights, and create a healthier and more fulfilling life. I use traditional psychotherapy, lifestyle hacking, and teach you effective skills to master your breath, mind, state of being, and mind-body coherence. I celebrate the uniqueness, quirkiness, and sacredness of humanity, so when working with me, you can expect an approach that is highly personalized towards your personal growth, your values, and the specific results you’re striving for. I am a believer in the Mind-Body connection and I venture into the spiritual as it is essential for healing and transformation.
I have extensive training in evidence-based therapies, but my approach is more holistic, integrated, and non-pathologizing. I use a combination of traditional psychotherapy and coaching with shadow work, mindfulness, hypnosis, visualization, EMDR, EFT (tapping), Havening, and other techniques to create deep & lasting change. I support Medical Health Freedom.
