My Approach to Helping
What is the point, it's all so useless. You feel scared, empty, fatigued, lost, and powerless. Nothing seems enjoyable. Emotions are pushed down, you are afraid to share. Feeling alone and a burden. Isolating and faking a smile is common place to hide your pain. The body is tense, tied in knots, so tight it's hard to breath. You cannot shake the cloud of doom, hanging overhead. Happiness is a memory, that seems impossible to recapture. Something needs to change for you to break free and find your inner strength again. Self criticism has become the norm and it feels like your thoughts are the enemy.

Thinking patterns, emotions, and behaviors are processed so you can learn what is helpful and unlearn what is hindering your progress.
