My Approach to Helping
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
I work with young people and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not themselves lately. Maybe anxiety is making everyday things feel too big. Maybe depression has taken the color out of life. Or maybe you’re just not sure what’s going on, but you know something isn’t right.
This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly or be “okay” all the time. I’m here to meet you where you are—whether that’s quiet, angry, tired, confused, or all of the above.
I started this work because I know how hard it can be to carry heavy feelings alone, especially when it seems like no one really gets it. I believe in creating a space that feels safe and real, where we can talk (or not talk) at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be anyone but yourself here.
My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life, to understand what’s going on inside, and to find ways to feel a little more like you again. Therapy isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
