My Approach to Helping

I believe that simply being truly listened to can be powerful and transformative. Beyond that, many come to counseling to process past traumas and experiences, change behaviors, or develop new, healthier coping skills. While I use an eclectic approach to counseling that draws from techniques grounded in behavioral and existential theories, my ultimate goal is to tailor the experience for the unique person you are.

You are the expert of your life, and I feel privileged to help you navigate your personal journey. Honesty, respect, and an open mind are vital to the counselorclient relationship, and you can always expect those from me.

I am currently accepting new clients and offer a very flexible schedule for those who can't always make a consistent appointment time. Please reach out with your availability if you would like to know more about setting up an initial appointment! If you are seeking infertility related counseling, please specify in your initial email.
