My Approach to Helping
If you’re reading this, it's likely because something in your life isn’t going the way you want it to. Things just didn’t turn out the way you pictured them. Maybe you have memories that you wish you could forget. Or struggle with feelings that make you feel out of control. You are up late at night, sometimes, because you are just not able to let go. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Imagine not having to worry about where your life is headed. Having a clear vision for the future and your path to happiness. Picture what it would be like to have conquered your hardships. To feel good about who you are and what you can do with your life. Let me help you overcome and reach your fullest potential.
In order to fit with your schedule, I offer weekend hours in addition to weekdays by appointment. I look forward to meeting you and working together to rediscover the joy in your life. I'm available for scheduling via phone, email or online scheduling through our website!

You want a therapist that learned from the best. I have spent my professional career in pursuit of the highest quality evidence-based therapies. Whenever possible, I have learned directly from the people who created the therapy themselves so that I can be the best helper I can be. Below is a list of some of my unique and specialized training and certifications:
