My Approach to Helping

Do you find yourself in need of more emotional support and guidance in your life (and perhaps social media just isn't cutting it...)? Are you unsure about whether your own childhood experiences, or experiences your own child is having, are keeping you from moving toward your greater potential? These are just a couple of things I focus on in my approach to psychotherapy. Most importantly, you are ultimately the "expert" of your experience, while I remain in a position of professional, humanistic support and guidance to help you and/or your child recognize, navigate and unravel the barriers that keep you from moving forward. I believe everyone has a story that deserves to be heard. For those whom have been in therapy before and have found it too limited in scope, I am the kind of therapist that will keep you working deeply to promote healing and change that lasts.
