At Rise Above Counseling Services of Tampa Bay, LLC, I offer research-based counseling based on the Gottman Method and cognitive behavioral therapy. In particular, I help couples who are struggling with infertility, as well as couples and individuals who deal with anxiety, infidelity, depression, divorce, and self-esteem.
While it is simple to admit that a broken bone needs a cast to support its healing, it is not so easy to ask for support for a broken spirit. Some of us wait till we are so broken that we've forgotten what it feels like to be healthy. With support from a counselor, you can have hope as you prayerfully move forward in healing.
