Evidence-based and trauma-informed practice We are also excited to announce that we are moving towards becoming a fully evidence-based and trauma-informed practice. As a result, we invested in training our staff in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). As a result, we have EMDR trained staff in each location, and over the next few months we are investing in staff training for DBT and TF-CBT. Additionally, we recently invested in increasing our capacity to serve more patients, focusing on individual services, groups, coaching, digital therapeutics and medication management.
