My approach to helping you along the journey to healing is a simple and laid back way of doing things. It is less like "therapy" and more like a conversation where you are the expert, even though you may not realize it. I assist you to gain awareness of your power to achieve your desired result and together (as a team) we walk (figuratively) side-by-side toward healing, authenticity of self and your desired outcome(s).

We all have challenges this does not mean that you are weak or flawed individual. It means you may require or simply want a little help navigating difficult life challenges. As a clinician, my own life's struggles have enhanced my ability to help others along their journey of healing.
