My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling totally overwhelmed and anxious in your relationship, work or life right now? Have you been showing up for everyone for so long, all the while feeling like you have been slowly losing parts of yourself in the process? Do you feel like you can no longer cope? You are unsure if therapy is really going to help you move out of this challenging place that can often feel so hopeless and lonely. The stress and uncertainties can leave you feeling frustrated and depleted. You feel disconnected, like you are just going through the motions, not feeling much, and neglecting what you truly need in order to feel alive again.

As a South Asian immigrant therapist who was born and raised within many different cultures and places, my expertise and passion lies in working with individuals from all backgrounds. I help clients with depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, complex-PTSD, high-conflict relationships, narcissistic abuse, parenting and childhood trauma.

Creating a warm, safe and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work and believe this can lead to real transformation. I am passionate about guiding individuals who seek more clarity, meaning and genuine connection in their lives. Let us get started on your healing journey today.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

"Psychotherapy is a collaborative exploration of your way of being, where dialogue in a compassionate atmosphere that is caring, confidential, and non-judgmental makes you safe to explore how your life experiences have impacted who you are, your relationships, and how you conduct yourself in the world.
