My Approach to Helping

Having time to get to know you is important, and then I can help you to determine insights into what is blocking you from having a fulfilling life. It is my passion to help you if you are in pain. I help adults who are really struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I'll help you tap into your inner strength and personal power so you can make the changes needed to feel better and create a more fulfilling life. We will work best together if you really want to improve your mood, better you relationships, or get through difficult times. I want to help you understand what is behind your pain so that you don't have to re-experience it. I will help you to reduce stress, and increase your energy. I'd be honored to work hard with you to help you achieve your goals and improve your life.

More Info About My Practice

I am panelled with most primary insurance companies in the area. If I don't take your insurance we can look into what your out-of-network benefits are. Finally, I am willing to see you at a reduced rate if you are willing to self-pay.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

As I stated above, I am skilled at helping with depression and anxiety. I also love to work with people who are experiencing significant changes or transitions in their lives. Working to help you know yourself better and understand the motivations for the things that you do is also a specialty of mine.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I love about being a therapist is that I get to help you decrease your pain, and see you make significant changes in your life. I love helping to guide you to make insights into how to feel better, and to know yourself better. I love knowing that if you work hard in therapy, you will experience changes that can affect the rest of your life. I don't have any specific answers or techniques for you, because I believe that we all know deep down inside what we really need to get better.
