My Approach to Helping
I help couples with conflict resolution skills, non-monogamy and premarital agreements within ethical boundaries. I also support families and youth from all cultures and ethnic backgrounds to manage anxiety, addiction, anger issues, mood and behavior issues, PTSD symptoms, self-esteem issues, and depression.
Sometimes the hardest part about taking the first step is taking the first step... I am someone who understands getting stuck and I deeply honor and value uniqueness and the desire to grow potential. I look forward to creating opportunities with you!
