My Approach to Helping

Deep listening can be very healing. Feeling heard encourages people to be gentle and curious with themselves. When it\'s difficult to figure things out, keep going, or get through something painful, a therapist can provide the emotionally safe place to heal. My approach integrates deep work that gets to core of current struggles which leads to cognitive and behavioral change, and trauma processing (EMDR).
