I work with struggling couples to build stronger relationships and connection. I work with individuals recovering from unhealthy relationships with ex-partners or family to restore your self-esteem. I can help you develop effective communication skills that help you get your needs met rather than continuing the same arguments. Together, we can explore your emotions, uncover unhelpful patterns, and find understanding. You can recover from past emotional scars, fights, or infidelity. I work with couples and individuals to improve relationships and recover from emotional abuse. I utilize Emotion-Focused therapy to discover underlying issues, help you articulate your emotions, and build trust with a secure connection. I am Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy trained, which helps me guide you through all your relationship needs. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I offer sex-positive, kink-affirming counseling, as well as polyamorynon-monogamy counseling in a safe space.
