What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am invested in helping my clients heal from past and current traumas. I provide EMDR therapy with a light bar and paddles to maximize progress. I have seen amazing results with EMDR therapy for my clients and feel honored that I can provide this service.
I am also a strong talk therapist using a humanistic approach. I provide guidance and support for my clients who are seeking some direction or purpose in their lives.
