My Approach to Helping
Greetings! At some point in our lives, many of us recognize the benefit of therapy in helping us to successfully manage the relationship issues, stressful circumstances, and emotional challenges we encounter. We may also be faced with situations where unresolved past experiences affect the way we think, feel, and act. Therapy can help us to become more self-aware, gain deep personal insights, feel hopeful, make positive changes, and live a healthier, happier life.
I provide mental health services primarily to teenagers and adults who want to understand themselves better and overcome the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential. I am eager to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship with the people in my care so I can help them develop the skills they need to navigate their personal challenges.
