My Approach to Helping
Together, we can work through the difficulties and bring some clarity and relief to your life. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can effectively work on the needs you have at the present moment. This space is collaborative, and we go at your pace. I work with adults and teens dealing with depression, panic attacks, self-worth, relationship issues, and trauma ranging from racial, ethnic, LGBT+, immigration, sexual and domestic violence, etc. I view every client within their context and the systems and intersectionality of identities that play a part in their concerns. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Relational-Cultural Theory within the client context, so we will continue to make sure you are honored and not punished in this space.
