My Approach to Helping
I would like to let you know that since i started working as a therapist I have come to understand my own journey and I recognize that I have particular strengths that seem to work with my clients. I’m more assertive and engaged in therapy than most clinicians and I would like you to help you find your path to learn more about yourself and better cope with your daily stressors or life challenges. I also notice that it’s hard to acknowledge making the same mistakes, but there’s way to explore why this happens to make new habits and new ways of approaching similar issues. I enjoy the therapy process and see how I can be of help to you, but I also recognize that it’s your choice to stay or discontinue if you feel like we are not a good fit at any point in working with me.
