My Approach to Helping
I am a North Carolinian, I enjoy swimming, walking, reading, socializing. I have been providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults and geriatric population for over three decades, My specialty areas are depression, Post-Traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, codependency, addiction. Once I complete thorough evaluation, I provide recommendations based on areas you identified during the evaluation that need to be addressed in therapy. I understand reaching out for help is a difficult process but necessary if one is to have joy, happiness, contentment, peace and love.

Life challenges can be overwhelming and stressful, asking for help may not be easy but necessary if one is to overcome them. We all have experienced at some point in ourselves, painful moments, found ourselves alone, perhaps no one can understand or maybe fear of being judged. It takes courage and resiliency to take the first step towards healing wounds.
