My Approach to Helping
Each person's journey in life has value and meaning. My primary goal as a therapist is to promote healing and restore hope. I help people in treatment to discover their innate strengths and explore how these resources may assist in overcoming difficult experiences. I offer a positive, judgment-free therapeutic setting where individuals are encouraged to develop self-awareness, discover their authentic selves, make positive changes, and grow.
The treatment I provide is customized to the unique circumstances and needs of each person in therapy. My approach is always respectful of the values and personal beliefs of my clients.
I offer mental health services to families, couples, and individuals. While I am able to treat a wide variety of issues, my expertise lies in helping people with anxiety, depression, or relationship concerns.

Along with traditional counseling services, I offer support groups for people with anxiety or depression. These groups provide a compassionate environment where members may give and receive needed encouragement. Members also learn practical skills and strategies for coping with mood issues, reducing symptoms, and living life to the fullest.
It is not unusual for individuals with anxiety or depression to experience social isolation. Support groups offer a setting where people with mood issues may find acceptance, validation, and healing.
