I am extremely passionate about helping people to discover the best version of themselves. Life can be difficult and challenging, but If you find yourself in survival mode struggling to find stability during difficult times of change, I can help provide you with a safe space to explore and process. Whether it’s anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, depression, or relationshipfamily distress, I can help you to heal and grow. I aim to help provide a safe place for clients to explore, grow, and cope through difficult times. It’s not always easy to seek help, but I believe anything is possible when you show up for yourself in therapy.

I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space to explore, process, and grow. I believe that therapy can be helpful for everyone at some point in their lives. Therapy can be utilized to relieve distress and suffering, or it can be to improve quality of life and become even more satisfied with life. Therapy doesn't just have to be used to solve a problem, it can be used to thrive even more.

I became a therapist because I love supporting people during difficult times and I find the human experience powerful, meaningful, and interesting.

I founded Your Mind, Your Therapy LLC because I wanted to have the ability and resources to reach a broader population of clients. I am a down to earth therapist that understands and respects the unique needs of individuals.
