Everyone can heal. It is my role to be a guide, and support and encourage healing. I have been trained in a multitude of supportive modalities and consider myself to be quite adept at utilizing both traditional and alternative energetic practices. I have worked with difficult and deep seeded issues and consider myself highly effective in working with most issues including substance abuse, thought, emotional and behavioral addictions, and pain. The techniques I utilize are evidenced based, well researched as efficient and effective at supporting healing, and are nonpathologizing and individualized. I integrate with somatic techniques including body centered techniques, breathwork, consciousness development,mindfulness and energetic hypnotherapy. Worth noting is that I completed an extensive 3 year post graduate training program studying energetic processes including energetic psychodrama, breath work and hypnotherapy through the Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington. I study and practice yoga and meditation. I offer over 25 years of experience and tailor treatment plans to meet the needs of the individual. I support moving through maladaptive beliefs and letting go of emotional and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you so that you can become more masterful at creating meaningful and joyous experience.

I accept most forms of insurance and for those not having insurance, I offer a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay. I am proficient in working with families, couples and individuals including children (age 13 and up). I also offer myself as a consultant to groups, businesses and provide trainings in meditation and mindfulness,conflict resolution, Critical IncidentStress ManagementStress Debriefing and energetic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
