I seek to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable sharing where they are at in life and what their concerns are. I encourage my clients to think of me as the "hired help." I have the skills and experiences to help but it's your job to decide where we go with therapy. You get to set the goals and then it's my job to help get us there.

At The Care Center we know it's sometimes hard to ask for help and by the time someone calls they are in need of help sooner rather than later which is why we will offer you an appointment the same week you call.

While I have worked with many clients covering a variety of issues over the years (depression, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.) my areas of special training and experience are marital/couples counseling and trauma recovery. I have chosen to hone my skills in these two areas rather than attempting to be a "one stop shop" for everyone to be able to work with even the most complicated cases and bring positive results.
