My Approach to Helping

Our ideal client is someone ready for change but unsure where to start. They may feel overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others. They’re seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to process life’s challenges—whether related to anxiety, trauma, relationships, or self-esteem—and they want tools that bring real relief. Their goal is to find emotional balance, healthier coping skills, and a deeper sense of confidence and peace. They come to us because they want short-term, intentional counseling that creates long-term transformation.

We help clients build emotional balance and resilience through evidence-based approaches like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) intensives. Our team offers short-term, focused counseling that teaches long-term coping skills—helping youth, adults, and families manage stress, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships.

We know reaching out for help takes courage, and we honor that step. Our team is here to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and practical support. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone—together, we can create a path toward calm, clarity, and confidence. We’d be honored to support your journey forward.

More Info About My Practice

At Intentional Wellness Space, we believe healing is intentional—and that you deserve a space designed just for that. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, you don’t have to do it alone.

Our approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you rediscover balance, clarity, and confidence in who you are.

Our team offers individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy, with specialized support for children, adults, teens, parents, and caregivers. We integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness to help you process what’s heavy and make room for what’s possible.

Whether you prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of telehealth, you’ll find an environment that values compassion, authenticity, and growth. This is your space to pause, heal, and grow—intentionally.
