What's My Approach to Therapy?
I have a passion for working with those who have experienced trauma and walking alongside them on their mental health journey. Whether you have experienced that in a past relationship, significant event, childhood, or other circumstances, I'm here to support your healing process and help you reach a place where you no longer need to carry the weight of it. I have learned to navigate and manage my own attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) over time, and I particularly love working with others who are facing similar challenges.
As a therapist, I believe that presenting a genuine, comfortable, and humorous personality for my clients is a way for me to show up as my authentic self while also providing an environment that fosters growth and healing. I tend to operate from an integrated approach that often leans into person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, and brainspotting.
