My Approach to Helping
I seek to provide support through a compassion-based, holistic approach that includes all areas of wellbeing, as I see the value of finding balance within our physical, emotional, intellectual, social, occupational, spiritual, environmental, and financial areas of life, as they apply to you.
I enjoy working with adults who have experienced or are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting concerns and communication, personal relationships, family relationships, health and wellbeing, eating issues, challenges with self-compassion and/or spiritual beliefs, and life transitions.
Together, we can build skills to cope with stressors, find new perspectives with unhelpful thinking patterns, build distress tolerance, make meaning in experiences, set personal goals, improve relationships, and increase emotional and body awareness.
