My Approach to Helping

Asking for help or acknowledging when you need help can be really hard. It takes bravery and vulnerability that I feel is truly admirable. Seeking therapy for yourself or your child is a choice made out of love - you have been struggling and have decided to prioritize your well-being, and feel hope on some level that things can be different. I'm so glad you've made that choice. Together, we will create a space to carefully, lovingly, and thoughtfully understand the nature and source of your issues and collaboratively problem solve to find relief and the answers you seek.
I have 10 years of experience working directly with children and families with mental health and behavioral issues and extensive training and experience in treatment and prevention interventions such as CBT, EMDR, and Child and Parent Psychotherapy. I am grateful to be able to use the knowledge I've gained to help individuals, parents, and children find ease, health, and connection.
While I work with individuals throughout the lifespan, I specialize in issues of early childhood, parenting, and the perinatal period.
