What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself or others, you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with are carrying complex emotional experiences alongside chronic pain, reproductive health stress, or long-standing relational patterns—and often feel unheard or unsure where to turn next. I work primarily with women and couples navigating chronic pain, reproductive health challenges, anxiety, and emotionally complex relationships. My clients often seek a space where their emotional and physical experiences are understood together, not treated separately. I offer a supportive, grounded space that integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic, ACT, and CBT approaches. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced intentionally, helping you build insight, nervous-system regulation, and greater self-trust over time. As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, my work is supported by close supervision, allowing me to provide thoughtful, well-supported care. If this resonates, I’d love to connect. Reach out anytime for a free 20-minute consultation. I’m here when you’re ready.

My Practice & Services

I aim to create a therapy space that feels grounded, supportive, and collaborative. Sessions are paced intentionally, with room to slow down, reflect, and gently explore what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels safe for you. I value open communication and regularly check in to ensure our work feels supportive and aligned with what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy with me is a space to bring what you’re carrying—whether it feels clear or confusing—and begin making sense of it together.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important parts of the healing process. When you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, real change becomes possible. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, so we can explore what you're carrying at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy works best when we work together, and I value open communication, collaboration, and building a connection that feels grounding and empowering.
