What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here.

Living with chronic pain, illness, or reproductive-health challenges can feel incredibly lonely. Even when you “look fine” on the outside, you may be carrying exhaustion, fear, frustration, or grief that few people truly understand. Maybe you’re tired of being dismissed, tired of pushing through, or tired of feeling like your mind and body are at odds with each other.

In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can exhale and talk openly about what you’ve been carrying — without judgment, pressure, or minimization. Together, we’ll explore the emotional layers of your experience, understand the patterns shaped by both your past and your symptoms, and reconnect your physical and emotional worlds. My approach weaves mind–body work, attachment-informed care, and psychodynamic exploration to understand patterns shaped by your past, and practical coping tools to help you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself.

Whether you’re navigating PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, chronic pain, autoimmune issues, relational trauma, anxiety, or depression, you don’t have to walk this alone. Healing isn’t linear, and you deserve support from someone who truly gets the complexity of what you’re facing.

If this resonates, I’d love to connect. Reach out anytime for a free 20-minute consultation. I’m here when you’re ready.

My Practice & Services

I offer a calm, compassionate space for healing where your mind and body are both honored. My practice is trauma-informed and collaborative, and I adapt therapy to meet your specific needs—whether you’re coping with reproductive issues, pain, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling stuck. I believe therapy should feel grounding, supportive, and empowering.

Alongside individual and couples therapy, I plan to offer groups, workshops, and mind–body-focused support for women’s health and emotional resilience.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important parts of the healing process. When you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, real change becomes possible. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are?without judgment?so we can explore what you?re carrying at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy works best when we work together, and I value open communication, collaboration, and building a connection that feels grounding and empowering.
